Im so glad l am able to help with this form.With the help and experience of Jenny Stewart Ann was able before Jerry's visit's it was never discussed-There were things that needed to be said but dident know what to say or how to get started on the subject of cancer.Ann thought the word or Jenny and looked forward to her visits.

I have been more than happy with your service. The lady who come to me was a breath of fresh air.
Very friendly and a real tonic. She did a good job, no improvement needed there.
Thank you all including the staff on theh other end of the phone.

The care was excellent in particular.
. The gentleman, Palliative care.
. And the nurse with him consultant.
. Occupational therapist.
Whilst we appreciative that the palliative care specialist nurses are really busy, It would have made a considerable difference to quality end of life issues, if the visit could have been more timely, even a couple of days after the request not many weeks.

I cannot fault any care my husband recieved from pallitive care and nurses my husband rally put trust in their hands.
